I have determined that tomatoes and potatoes have been causing my Eczema. It never fails, every time I eat them I begin to get a new breakout. Eliminating them or limiting to once a week or less makes it completely disappear. I've always been very sensitive to tobacco smoke as well but now realize why. Arthritis pains for me are caused by eating gluten. Anyone find they have gluten intolerance together with nightshade intolerance and if they're related?

Things I've had since 1972(I was 12 when most of it started):
1) Eczema(very bad)
2) Stomach pain (chronic)
3) Restless leg syndrome-RLS(very bad)
4) Ulcerative colitis (Very bad)
5) Physical weakness(moderate)
6) arthritis (moderate in hands)
Status after starting nightshade diet starting late-2006:
1) Gone (unless I backslide)
2) Gone (3 days after I stopped eating potatoes)
3) Mild(If I backslide)
4) Burned out colon removed mid-2006(Started diet after surgery, I guess I'll never know the truth now)
5) Gone
6) mild(still in hands)
